Wisdom of Crowds has gone?

Yesterday, Dow Jones Industiral Average shot up, reflecting the speech Paul Krugman, one of the most prestigious and hot topic Nobel Prize laureates nowadays, made saying that the recession may end around the end of this September. 

Today, Nikkei 225 went up to this year's high, being about to break 10,000 yen, the price that will give much dose of tranquilizers  to quite a few people. 

Having looked at the movement since Lehman shock, I cannot help saying that wisdom of crowds has gone...
