It is said that during the summer, J-termers are going to dominate the campus. That is, the population density in the campus is going to be decreased toward the summer. Beloved second year students are graduating shortly. The majority of first year students are going out of the campus for their summer internships. Only J-termers will stay in the campus to study. Senior J-termers emphasized how nice it is to study in the summer. It's more quiet and comfortable and less hectic. Event activities get dormant and there is no Happy Hour. So we can concentrate on studying!! Wow :-) Anyway, although most of J-termers don't need to think about short term post MBA careers because unlike me, most of J-termers are sponsored students or from family businesses. However, the quiet summer period will definitely be good time to contemplate personal life and careers. Ever since I came to Columbia, my CPU hasn't yet been able to catch up with the pace to process all information I digest from exciting life. I met a lot of attractive people from different backgrounds. I got exposed to areas and fileds I hadn't been to.
So, after this first final and during the first but last summer in MBA, I want to spend time for my personal reflection so that I can set some trajectory ahead toward the second year to take firm steps forward for my post MBA career.
ちなみに、明日のCorporate Financeの試験時間5時間。なが・・。さて、もう一踏ん張り。
